Brakin’ Pad is a local comedy that premiered at the Lantern last summer, and it’s making a second trip out this week at the Unity.
Written by Donna Lesley Price and directed by Richie Grice under the banner of Boom Boom Productions (If the Shoe Fits, Bon Voyage), the pair also star among a cast that includes Michael Swift, James William Watts, Shaun Fagan and Paul Aitkins. They describe the show : “Car trouble is the least of Bert’s worries. Today is about gangsters, guns and a new dodgy business partner. Sometimes it’s the female of the species that comes to the rescue. Just another day in the office for Brakin’ Pad motors…”
Catch the return of Brakin’ Pad all this week until Saturday; for more information, visit the Unity’s website.
